Shipping / order to shipping time:
When the style/size/colour you ordered in stock we will ship within 3-5 working days of your order. Bear in mind that we mainly produce to order and when we do not have the style/size you ordered in stock you can estimate between two and six weeks between order and delivery.
We ship worldwide, please select your shipping country at checkout to see the shipping charge for your destination. If you shipping country does not appear in the pop down menu at checkout please email us at info@thelondontangoboutique.com and we will help with your order and arrange shipping to your address.
Returns policy
We hope you’ll be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, you can do so for a full refund within 14 days fromt he date the garments reach your address.
Please note that the garments must be in the same, unworn condition when they are returned to us and that the wax seal and string tag are perfectly intact or we will be unable to offer a refund.
Please contact us via e-mail within 14 calendar days from the date the garments are delivered to your address, explaining the reasons of the return. Your email sent within 14 calendar days from delivery is necessary for the return to be accepted.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on itmes on sale, custom made items or items with variations requested by the customer and to cover returns shipping costs.
